✦ Synopsis

The first part of the paper is concerned with the obtainment of ultrafine powders through the physical procedures designed to produce magnetic fluids. In the second part of the paper an experimental installation is presented in argon plasma for the production of the ultrafine iron powders and respectively the ultrafine graphite powders.
