## Abstract A boronโcontaining phenolโformaldehyde resin (BPFR) was synthesized from boric acid, phenol, and paraformaldehyde. The curing reaction of BPFR was studied by Fourierโtransform infrared spectrometry and differential scanning calorimetry. According to the heat evolution behavior during th
