✦ Synopsis

The e †ects of pulse interval and Ñow on relaxation and signal-to-noise ratio in an on-Ñow liquid chromatography (LC)-NMR experiment were investigated theoretically. The results led to a procedure for the optimization of on-Ñow LC-NMR experiments.

Routine measurement of adipose tissue composition by repeated biopsy invokes both ethical and practical difficulties, limiting long-term serial studies of adipose tissue composition. In vivo 13 C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy has been applied as a non-invasive alternative, although i

One-and two-dimensional stop-Ñow HPLCÈNMR experiments were applied to investigate a root extract of Ancistrocladus likoko (Ancistrocladaceae). Three new naphthylisoquinoline alkaloids with a 5,8@ coupling pattern were found. The constitutions and relative conÐgurations were elucidated by application
