The Fourier transform absorption spectrum ofN204 was recorded in the gas phase at medium resolution between 650 and 7000 cm-~ under various temperature conditions. A complete set of band identifications has been derived.

The nascent vibrational distributions of the 0, photoproduct created in the processes (0,); obtained at 1.165 and 2.33 eV by analyzing the photoelectron spectrum of the 02 fragment ions. The distributions at 1.165 eV reveal substantial population in the levels 0 6 v< 3 and are reasonably well chara
The intramolecular hydrogen bond, molecular structure and vibrational frequencies of a-paramethoxyphenyl acetylacetone have been investigated by means of high-level density functional theory (DFT) methods with different basis sets. The geometrical parameters results are compared to the experimental
The vibrolumincsccnce 0;' N20 cscitcd by activated nitrogen is studied under high resolution using a SISAXt SPCCtromctor in rhc 4.7 ~1 rcpion. For the fust time a Trcanor-type distribution is npplicd to the vibrational population of lhc ~'3 mode which shows a non-Boltzmxm distribution.
Emission spectra of the N20c (A %+-R "II,) system produced by electron impact on jet-cooled N20 have been measured at impact energies of 18-300 eV. The vibrational population for the I' level relative to the 0' level of the A state was found to decrease rapidly with increasing impact energy and leve
