Some considerations suggest the conjecture that a finite Cn-geometry F with thick lines and following property (LL) is a polar space: (LL) any two points are incident with at most one line.

In this paper we prove that a such geometry F is either a polar space or 'flat' extending a result of [4] to every n/> 5.
