Abstract
From the endophytic strain Streptomyces sp. CS of Maytenus hookeri, five novel type III polyketides, compounds 1β5, were isolated. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses including 1Dβ and 2DβNMR experiments, and by HRβESIβMS.
