A novel route for the chloromethylation of polystyrene grafted Multipin supports (Synphase ru Crowns) has been developed Aminomethylated polystyrene was converted into chloromethylated polystyrene via a simple diazotisation reaction. The modified graft polymer was assessed by solid phase synthesis o

✦ Synopsis
We have developed a useful method for the loading of various nucleophiles such as anilines and phenols onto Multipin Crowns containing the Rink linker, which cannot be readily attached by other methods. The product of the reaction was confirmed using Magic Angle Spinning NMR.

## Abstract We first synthesized __N__‐benzylidene chitosan (CTB) by the reaction of benzaldehyde with chitosan (CTS). Chitosan‐dibenzo‐18‐crown‐6 crown ether bearing Schiff‐base group (CTBD) and chitosan‐dibenzo‐18‐crown‐6 crown ether (CTSD) were prepared by the reaction of 4,4′‐dibromodibenzo‐18‐
Multi-load methods for experimentally determining the acoustic source data of one-port sources have been tested and critically analyzed. Special attention has been paid to the four-load method which has been reported to give erroneous results. By formulating this method in a new way it was possible
