The intrinsic characteristics of LDMOS transistor amplifier can be extracted by removing the simulated characteristics of the input side and output side of test fixtures from the overall measured characteristics. In addition, impedance-matching networks are designed with these extracted S-parameters

Abstract
A novel multiresonance slot antenna, for ultraβwideband (UWB) applications is proposed. The proposed antenna consists of a modified radiating patch a ground plane with four Lβshaped slots which provides a wide usable fractional bandwidth of more than 135% (2.89β14.53 GHz). By cutting four modified Lβshaped slot with variable dimensions on the corners of ground plane, additional resonances are excited and hence much wider impedance bandwidth can be produced, especially at the middle band unlike other antennas reported in the literature to date, the proposed antenna displays a good omnidirectional radiation pattern even at higher frequencies. The designed antenna has a small size of 35 Γ 35 mm^2^. Simulated and experimental results obtained for this antenna show that it exhibits good radiation behavior within the UWB frequency range. ## Abstract An ultraβwideband (UWB) square slot antenna with a bandβnotched characteristic is presented. The proposed antenna has a simple configuration and is easy to construct. The ultraβwideband operation is realized by loading an offset rectangular stub at the end of the microstrip feed line. T
A novel, miniature balanced antipodal printed slot antenna for ultra-wideband applications is proposed. The antenna is fed by strip-line with a fork-like stub. By employing balanced antipodal structure, not only good omnidirectional performance but also compact size is achieved. Several properties o
