โœฆ Synopsis

A new type of multiloop de SQUID in the form of a second order gradiometer with integrated input coil and extremely low stray capacitances was designed to improve SQUID amplifier parameters. For decreasing the loop inductance four partial loops were connected in parallel. Single input turns placed inside each loop were connected in series to increase the input coil inductance for better impedance matching. The amplifier noise temperature lower than 0.5 I4, and power gain nearly 20 dB were measured at 430 MHz for 60 MHz bandwidth in the case of tuned amplifier.

## Abstract This paper presents a fully integrated concurrent dualโ€band CMOS lowโ€noise amplifier (LNA). The LNA is implemented in a standard 0.18โ€ฮผm 6M1P CMOS process and is designed from the system viewpoint to provide higher gain at the higher band, for the first time, to compensate the higherโ€ba
