Abstract
In the work is shown that hydrothermally grown ZnO crystals are characterized by the mosaic structure of βcolumnarβ type. The experimental and theoretical data about geometry of the slip systems in ZnO crystals are obtained and also anisotropy of the microhardness is measured.
