## Abstract The four possible stereoisomers of 3‐methoxy‐16‐methyloestra‐1,3,5(10)‐trien‐17‐ol (1, 2, 3, 4) were converted into the corresponding 16‐methyl‐19‐nortestosterone analogs (5, 6, 7, 8), which were characterized by their ^1^H‐ and ^13^C‐NMR spectra. The coupling constants __J__~16,17~ and
