The extraction and subsequent rapid analysis of urine samples for specific estrogens using a simple liquid-solid chromatographic system is described. Samples were analysed at pressures between 100 and 3000 Ibs./in2 and flow-rates between 0.5 and 3.0 ml/min using a high-pressure sampling valve and a
