✦ Synopsis

Abstract

Aus den Samen von Lupinus polyphillus L. haben wir neben den bereits bekannten Alkaloiden Lupanin (I) und Hydroxy‐lupanin (II) zwei neue Verbindungen isoliert und deren Struktur aufgeklärt. Die eine Verbindung ist offensichtlich identisch mit dem auch von F. GALINOVSKY und Mitarbb. isolierten, als „Angustifolin”︁ bezeichneten Alkaloid. Die Struktur des Angustifolins ist biogenetisch interessant, da es durch Kondensation mit Formaldehyd in Pufferlösung in Epi‐hydroxy‐lupanin übergeführt werden kann. Daraus folgt eindeutig die Struktur III für das neue Alkaloid. Bei der zweiten Verbindung handelt es sich um 17‐Oxo‐lupanin.
