Platform for I-V testing

Keithley Instruments has released the Series 3700 System Switch/ Multimeter and Plug-in Card Family, a new platform of switching and integrated digital multimeter test solutions. The instrument is suitable for testing electronic devices, particularly multichannel I-V testing and accelerated stress tests. The 3700 includes six optional high-density and general-purpose plug-in cards that accommodate a range of signals and topologies including multiplexer, matrix, and isolated switch functions. It can control up to 576 multiplexer channels. Measurement ranges include a 1 Ω low-resistance range and a 10 µA low-current range.
