The Ramon spectrum ofn-C36H74 has been measured in the region between 0 and 150 cm-'. Eleven newiy observed bands have been assigned to the intramolecular skeletal vibrations and rotatory httice vibrations on the basis of the dispersion curves cakuiated previously.

The Raman and ir spectra of a murine IgG2a monoclonal antibody molecule are reported. In accordance with previous studies on immunoglobulins, the secondary structure is predominantly of the โค-sheet type. The low frequency region of the Raman spectrum was also analyzed in detail.
