Parameters associated with the separation of antianxiety-antispasmodic agents were investigated using high-pressure liquid chromatography. Eight widely prescribed drugs were studied. The compounds were chromatographed on reversed-phase octadecyltrichlorosilane (CIS) or diphenyldichlorosilane (phenyl
