✦ Synopsis

Operating conditions are described for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of antihistaminic, antitussive, and analgesic compounds in cough-cold mixtures by high-pressure liquid chromatography. Twenty-one drugs were investigated. Determinations can be made in less than 30 min with an accuracy of 1-5%.
