The radiative lifetimes of C$(A'II,, v'= 0 and 3) were determined by laser-induced fluorescence to be re(0) = 18.5 f 3 and ~(3)=11.4rt:2 cs. In addition, the lifetimes of C2(d311,, u'= 0 and 1) were measured as re =106+15 ns and 105+15 ns, respectiveiy. The error is 30.
