## Abstract This work reports the electroluminescence (EL) properties of monolithic light emitting diodes (LEDs) with an integrated (Ga,In)N/GaN light converter. The samples are constituted by a blue LED optically pumping a green–yellow emitting light converter. A simple model is proposed that acco
