Abstract

This editorial discusses the meaning of β€œmaking a difference” and the opportunities it presents for the various types of β€œpractices” that is valued by scholar‐practitioners. HRD research that provides an important link in the application of theory and research to HRD practice is imperative for the furtherance of the work of scholar‐practitioners.
