โœฆ Synopsis


The evidence of human serum albumin aggregation at the presence of heavy metal salt (CsCl) is obtained by the Raman spectroscopy method. It is shown, that the strongest aggregation of albumin takes place near to albumin isoelectric point (at pH 5.0). Also the amino acidic mechanism of aggregation is explained, and aggregating chemical bonds arising between residues of amino acids are found out.
