✦ Synopsis

A highly sensitive integrative-circuit microwave detector based on granular High-To film has been designed. All matching circuits and 3 High-To microbridge are located on the same substrate. The voltage responsivity 10 V/W has been found at 65 K and frequency 5 GHz. Different modes of microwave detection have been observed: bolometric response near Tc in high-quality films, rectification mode caused by an array of weak links dominating in low-quality films, detection caused by nonlinear magnetic flux motion.
