## Abstract Normal and primed spleen cells stimulated __in vitro__ with sheep RBC showed a different behaviour in the 19 S PFC response. The immunologic capacity of primed cells, unlike that of unprimed cells, was impaired if the antigen addition to culture had been delayed for more than six hours.
