## Abstract Three new Lycopodium alkaloids, 2‐chlorohuperzine E (**1**), huperzines E′ (**2**), and F′ (**3**), along with two known compounds, huperzines E and F, were isolated from __Huperzia serrata__ (Thunb.) Trev. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.
