β¦ Synopsis
Abstract
A video fluorometer is used as a detector for HPLC to characterize highly complex samples. Data selection and evaluation techniques are discussed so as to speed the spectral identification process. Several wellβknown polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons are found in the samples.
