✦ Synopsis

Abstract

The stereochemistry of some α‐polyfluoroalkylbenzyl phosphorus esters has been studied by capillary gas chromatography (CGC). The compounds are mixtures of two or three diastereomers, depending on the number of asymmetric centers and the molecular symmetry. The primary fragmentation processes in the mass spectra of the phosphorus esters and their deuterated analogous have also been studied.
