Halazepam, an 1,Cbenzodiazepine derivative, is used clinically as an anxiolytic agent1\*2. At present tablets are the only dosage form available in the U.S.A. (Paxi-Pam@, 20 and 40 mg tablet). We describe here a simple and rapid high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) procedure for halazepam
