AnschlieBend wurde durch ein Faltenfiiter fdtriert, 10.0 ml vom Filtrat in einen 100 ml Rundkolben pipettiert und entweder durch Gefriertrocknung oder am Rotationsverdampfer zur Trockene eingeengt. Der Ruckstand wurde in 1.0 ml warmen HzO aufgenommen und durch ein Sartorius-Memb d i t e r 0 (26 mm Minisart P 0.45 pn) fdtriert.Von der klaren Losung werden 20 pl injiziert.
