✦ Synopsis
We have successfully synthesized superconductors with Tc(onset)=19-26 K by sintering Nd=CuO, with NdF~, CuFf. or CeF=-. The mechanism of fluorination reaction and Ramam scattering spectra of the two-magnon peak were investigated.

We report the TEM observation and Hall measurements of polycrystalline superconductive NdzCuO4.xFx samples. For the Nd2CuO3.eFo.2 sample with To,on=27 K and Tc,z,ro=20 K, a TEM observation shows no evidences for the existence of any types of structural modulations. For the samples with 0.1<x~0.3, th
