We report a phase separation study on high-quality single crystals of La2CuO4+x for two concentrations x= 0.03 and x= 0.04. We have successfully synthesized superconductors with Tc(onset)=19-26 K by sintering Nd=CuO, with NdF~, CuFf. or CeF=-. The mechanism of fluorination reaction and Ramam scattering spectra of the two-magnon peak were investigated.
