✦ Synopsis
Electron-doped superconductors Nd2CuO4_xF x ; Nd2-zGdz CuO4-xFx and Pr2CuO 4_ xFx have been synthesized A single doping level (x bulk-t). 18) of F was used for all the samples. The Nd was also substituted with Gd at z=0.05; 0.20 and 0 50. The fluorination of the Nd; NdGd and Pr cuprates (oxidized propionates) was made in a vacuum furnace. Except for the sample with highest Gd content, dc magnetization measurements detected superconducting transition in all these samples with T c -26 K. independent of the choice of Ln In some of the fluorinated Nd-cuprates a second, very weak superconducting phase

We report the TEM observation and Hall measurements of polycrystalline superconductive NdzCuO4.xFx samples. For the Nd2CuO3.eFo.2 sample with To,on=27 K and Tc,z,ro=20 K, a TEM observation shows no evidences for the existence of any types of structural modulations. For the samples with 0.1<x~0.3, th
