Screen printed ampemmetric glucose biosen~ors were constructed and optimised for use in a flow injection analysis (FIA) system. The sensors were fabricated using a catalytic metallised carbon based ink, allowing a working potential of + 350 mV (Ag/AgCI). Overall the sensors displayed a high degree o

Bulk-modified epoxy-graphite tyrosinase biosensors were fabricated by four different procedures. The influence of these fabrication procedures on the analytical performance of the enzyme electrode in an amperometric wall-jet flow cell has been studied. An amperometric biosensor for determination of penicillin was developed. Penicillinase was immobilized by cross-linking with glutaraldehyde and bovine serum albumin, which was dropped on a platinum disc electrode. The principle of this electrode is based on the classical iodometric penicillin assay.
