## Abstract The fragmentation patterns of __N__‐phosphoamino acids in negative‐ion fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry (FABMS) showed different characteristics to those in positive‐ion FABMS. Six typical __N__‐diisopropyloxyphorphorylamino acids all had intense [M − 1]^−^ peaks, and they underw
