## Abstract Ordered nanoscale permalloy antidot arrays with different sizes and lattice geometries have been prepared on top of nanoporous alumina membranes (NAMs) used as templates and have been magnetically characterized. Two different NAMs with high order hexagonal symmetry have been used, i.e.
