## Dear Sir, We read with great interest the recent study by Rausch et al (1) demonstrating a reduced accumulation of iron-labeled macrophages in experimental autoimmune encephalitis after treatment with a sphingosin agonist. They stated that iron accumulation in the CNS of subjects that received

β¦ Synopsis
The proton magnetic resonance imaging contrast of experimental mammary tumors in rats has been dramatically improved. The technique developed combines T, weighting and chemical-shift imaging in order to suppress the thoracic wall, muscle, and subcutaneous fat contributions to the image. The technique is demonstrated using the R3230AC mammary adenocarcinoma in F344 rats at 4.7 T. 0 I988 Academic Press, Inc.
