We have extended the range of electron mobility mcasuremcnts in dense helium gas at 77.3'K to pressures of 40 atm and at 160ยฐK to 80 atm. Coexisting high and low mobility branches were found at both temperatures, mrrespondinp, we believe, to free electron and "bubble" states.

Electron mobibties m dense etbane gas are inthpreted m terms of a multxple scatteilng model, whereby the work fimc hon duft V. IS used for the energy tit mside the gas. By using gsphase momentum transfer cross section, the chauge III densty-normalned mobility with density at 36ยฐC can be described se
