YBCO films were prepared on YSZ and Ag substrates by the diffusion reaction of two-layer structures of a Y2BaCuO5 (211) film and a 3BaCO3+5CuO (035) or 3BaCO3+7CuO (037) film with silver doping formed by the dipping pyrolysis process using metal naphthenates as starting materials. The heat treatment
