The effect of growth at 3dD, 35'and 40ยฐ on the biomaao yielld and at the nucleic acid and protein content of twelve isolates of yeast has berry attiled.

Although yields of 411.62 and a true protein content of 34%

were obtained, each of the strains exhibited a lower yield and protein content at 40ยฐ than at the lower temperatures. Nucleic acid levels war8 also reduced at 40ยฐ.
