โฆ Synopsis
Abstract
A mixture of sodium deoxycholate and ฮฒโcyclodextrin has been used to resolve the enantiomers of the 1โcyanoโ2โsubstitutedโbenz[L]isoindole and dansyl derivatives of a variety of amino acids. The enantiomers of CBIโhistidine and glutamic acid were resolved with this system unlike the case of ฮณโcyclodextrin in combination with SDS reported in the literature. Dansyl derivatives have been generated in situ to provide information about the migration behavior of dansylic acid, a major byโproduct in the dansylation.

The direct enantiomeric analysis of six DNP-amino acids by capillary electrophoresis is reported. This study describes a comparison of several chiral buffer additives. Both the natural proteins BSA, AGP, ovomucoid and casein, and the cyclic oligosaccharides a-, O-, and y-cyclodextrin were used as ch
