The DC conductivity and dielectric parameters of the glassy system of a-Se 96Àx Te 4 Ga x (x ¼ 0, 2, 4, 6 and 10) glasses have been investigated. The frequency and temperature dependence of the dielectric constants (e 0 ) and dielectric loss (e 00 ) is studied in the frequency range 120-100 kHz and
