✦ Synopsis

Nitric oxide can be oxidized to NO 2 Οͺ (then to NO 3 Οͺ ) and reduced to N 2 O at a glassy carbon electrode modified with the film of poly(neutral red). When the modified electrode is further coated with a thin Nafion film, the interference of NO 2 Οͺ can be almost thoroughly eliminated, and the electrode can be employed to detect nitric oxide.

## Abstract A glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified with electropolymerized films of cresol red in pHβ€…5.6 phosphate buffer solution (PBS) by cyclic voltammetry (CV). The modified electrode shows an excellent electrocatalytic effect on the oxidation of norepinephrine (NE). The peak current incr

An amperometric sensor is described for the determination of peroxides in both aqueous and organic media. It consists of a rotating glassy carbon electrode modified by coating first with a thin film of a perfluorinated anionic exchanger (Tosflex) and then by immobilizing on this substrate the mixed-

## Abstract The aim of this work is the development of a procedure for the determination of aqueous Hg(II) by anodic stripping voltammetry at a gold nanoparticle‐modified glassy carbon electrode (AuNPs‐GCE). The signal of aqueous Hg(II) was measured in the square wave mode; the effect of potential
