โฆ Synopsis
A procedure is described for the quantitative determination of griseofulvin in skin, plasma, and sweat. Griseofulvin is extracted with ether from skin and is measured quantitatively by GLC and an electron-capture detector, using diazepam as an internal standard. Griseofulvin from plasma and sweat is extracted with ether and measured spectrophotofluorometrically.
