β¦ Synopsis
A procedure is described for the quantitative determination of the watersoluble clinitropllenylene (DPE) amino acids in structural proteins by column chromatography using nylon powder as adsorbent. Native and reduced wool were treated with 1,5-di.fluoro-z,q.-dinitrohenzene (l.;FDNB), hydrolysed and chromatographed.
