## Abstract Interleukinβ1 receptor antagonist (ILβ1Ra) is involved in many processes, including epidermal inflammation and hyperplasia after irritation or injury. However, the mechanism by which intracellular ILβ1Ra (icILβ1Ra) expression is regulated in mouse keratinocytes has not been reported. We

We used the U937 cell line to analyze CD14, CDI llCD18, HLA class-I and DR antigen expression during PMA-induced differentiation. Treatment of U937 cells with PMA markedly increased CDI4, CDI la, CDI Ib and CD18 antigen expression, and slightly increased CD I Ic expression. Protein kinase C may play
