Bulk Zn 1-x Be x Te crystals were grown in the range extending up to x ΒΌ 0.12. Their structural, optical and photothermal properties were characterised using X-ray diffraction, photoluminescence (PL) and photoacoustic (PA) methods. The lattice constants are found to follow a linear dependence on x.

## Abstract The compounds M[Al(NH~2~)~4~]~x~ (M: K, Mg, Ca; x = 1, 2) along with previously reported LiAl(NH~2~)~4~ and NaAl(NH~2~)~4~ are prepared by ball milling under liquid NH~3~ and their structural and gas desorption properties are characterized by synchrotron powder XRD, FTIR and NMR spectro
## Abstract Ingots of the CuAl~x~Ga~1βx~Se~2~ (0 β€ x β€ 1) alloys system were prepared by direct fusion of the stoichiometric mixture of the elements. The analysis of Xβray Powder Diffraction data showed the presence of one single phase with chalcopyrite tetragonal structure at room temperature for
Synthesis, Crystal Structure, and Thermal Properties of cis-Pd(NH 3 ) 2 Br 2 . -The title complex is obtained by substitution of the oxalate group in [Pd(NH 3 ) 2 (C 2 O 4 )] by bromine. This electro-neutral planar complex possesses a molecular-type crystal structure (space group Pbca, Z=8) and has
