## Abstract An on‐line coupled LC‐GC technique was applied to the analysis of polychlorobiphenyls (PCBs) in Baltic herring. The liquid chromatographic (LC) and gas chromatographic (GC) instruments were coupled with a loop‐type interface and concurrent solvent evaporation was used in transferring th

For the analysis of broxaterol 1 -(3-bromoisoxazol-5-yl)-2-(tert-buty1amino)ethanol in human plasma and urine an on-line HPLC-GC apparatus was used applying the "concurrent solvent evaporation'' technique described in previous studies. Broxaterol is quantitatively determined by capillary GC with ECD
## Abstract On‐line coupled supercritical fluid extraction and gas chromatography (SFE‐GC) has been utilized for the determination of PCBs and other organochlorine compounds in human milk and blood serum. The procedure involved preconcentration of the sample on C~18~‐silica sorbent in an extraction
## Abstract The development of a rapid, precise and accurate analytical method for the determination of methylmercury in tuna fish samples is described. The method is based on the use of isotope dilution GC/MS with electron impact ionization, a widespread technique in routine testing laboratories.
## Abstract The HPLC‐ICPMS determination of gallium porphyrins in various coal extracts is described. The HPLC‐ICPMS results are compared with results obtained by HPLC‐UV/VIS. The presence of gallium has been confirmed in all the porphyrin macrocycles.
