The magnetic susceptibility has been determined for CuL,(TCNQ-)2 (L = 2,2'-bipyridine, l,lO-phenanthroline, or ethylenediamme; n = 1 or 2), having high electric conductivity. The results show that the Cu\*+L chelates are partially reduced to Cu+L, in the complexes\_ The equilibrium Cu2\*L,(TCNQ\_)a
