## Abstract This study measured burnout and job satisfaction among Student Support Services personnel (SSSP). In it, the researchers used the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) to measure emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment. Job satisfaction was measured using the Job
