Hemolytic behavior of human erythrocytes in sodium and potassium phosphate buffer systems was invest;gated. The data were used to calculate hemoly tic i values for the buffer components at various pH values. The experimental i values were lower than those predicted by a theoretical equation, and the

Abstract
Complete NMR analysis of oxytocin (OXT) in phosphate buffer was elucidated by oneβdimensional (1D)β and twoβdimensional (2D)βNMR techniques, which involve the assignment of peptide amide NH protons and carbamoyl NH~2~ protons. The ^1^Hο£Ώ^15^N correlation of seven amide NH protons and three carbamoyl NH~2~ protons were also shown by HSQC NMR of OXT without ^15^N enrichment. Copyright Β© 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

A series of three model compounds (monomer, dimer and trimer analogues) representing polyisocyanides were synthesized and their solution NMR spectra were characterized. Analysis of the monomer and dimer analogues led to the conclusion that the most stable forms of these molecular systems are planar
## Abstract The concentration of phosphate in buffered saline irrigation solutions was evaluated for its effect upon the incidence of arterial thrombosis. A rabbit thrombosis model of combined intimal abrasion and twisted pedicle in the rabbit central ear artery was used. Higher concentrations of p
The capillary array electrophoretic NMR (CA-ENMR) was developed to study protein mixtures in biological buffer solutions of high ionic strength. By enhancing the strength of the effective electric field across the sample, the technique permits the detection of the electrophoretic motion of 1 mM lyso
The conformation of diribosylribitol phosphate was studied by means of NMR spectroscopy and molecular dynamics (MD). Starting from 3 J( 1 H, 1 H), 3 J( 31 P, 1 H) and 3 J( 31 P, 13 C) couplings, measured from 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR and COSY spectra, the conformations of the ribose residues and the phosph
