Abstract
The complete assignments of ^1^H and ^13^C data for two steroid epoxides, 3β‐acetoxy‐5,6β‐epoxyandrostan‐17‐one and 3β‐acetoxy‐5,6β‐epoxycholestane, based on DEPT, ^1^H^1^H DQF COSY, HMQC, 1D TOCSY and 2D HMQC TOCSY sequences are described. Especially the 1D TOCSY and 2D HMQC TOCSY techniques were essential to the structure elucidation of theses steroids.
